Cliff Kennedy - Consultant

Cliff Kennedy is a capital markets attorney and lead consultant with extensive experience in international and US securities market enforcement and regulatory systems and with foreign legal systems and cultures. Cliff deals with securities-related matters, regulatory enforcement, corporate governance, and legal issues in the capital markets of both developed and emerging financial markets.

Cliff has a broad knowledge of securities markets operations, compliance, enforcement and regulatory programs as a result of being an independent consultant, a senior capital markets consultant for PwC Consulting Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM, and as Director of the Mid-Atlantic office of the US SEC.

Cliff consults with and advises in a wide range of emerging market projects around the world, including foreign ministries, financial market regulators, stock exchanges, depositories, brokerage companies, investment companies and issuers. Cliff has extensive regulatory, enforcement, investigation and litigation experience gained as an attorney and manager with the US SEC
